Olayla ilgili G\u00fcce Kaymakaml\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, “Yukar\u0131boynuyo\u011fun k\u00f6y\u00fcnde meydana gelen \u00e7\u0131\u011f hadisesi sonucu bir vatanda\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti\u011fini derin bir \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fcyle \u00f6\u011frenmi\u015f bulunuyoruz.
