Bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te banka protesto i\u015flemleri, i\u015fletmelerin y\u0131l sonu defter onaylar\u0131 ve bir\u00e7ok resmi ve hukuki i\u015flemin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilemedi\u011fi belirtildi. \u0130l\u00e7ede ba\u015fka bir noterli\u011fin bulunmamas\u0131 nedeniyle yurtta\u015flar\u0131n ve i\u015fletmelerin ciddi ma\u011fduriyet ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade ediliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Edinilen bilgilere g\u00f6re noterlik, nisan ay\u0131nda binaya ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir elektrik sayac\u0131 ba\u011flanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in belediyeye resmi ba\u015fvuruda bulundu. Ancak bu ba\u015fvuruya ra\u011fmen herhangi bir i\u015flem yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 iddia edildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NOTERL\u0130K: HUKUK\u0130 S\u00dcRE\u00c7 BA\u015eLATILDI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gazeteci Bar\u0131\u015f T\u00fcys\u00fcz\u2019\u00fcn g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc G\u00fcce Noteri Emine \u00c7abuk, elektriklerin 7 g\u00fcnd\u00fcr kesik oldu\u011funu belirterek y\u0131l sonu yo\u011funlu\u011fu nedeniyle ya\u015fanan aksaman\u0131n ciddi sorunlara yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. \u00c7abuk, belediye ile aralar\u0131nda resmi kira s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi bulundu\u011funu ancak \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretilmedi\u011fini, bu nedenle hukuki s\u00fcreci ba\u015flatt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 dile getirdi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>BELED\u0130YE BA\u015eKANI: \u0130DD\u0130ALAR DO\u011eRU DE\u011e\u0130L<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konuya ili\u015fkin a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan Aytekin Boduro\u011flu ise noterli\u011fin elektriklerinin belediye taraf\u0131ndan kesildi\u011fi iddialar\u0131n\u0131 reddetti. Boduro\u011flu, noterli\u011fin G\u00fcce\u2019ye kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 s\u00fcrecinde belediye olarak her t\u00fcrl\u00fc deste\u011fin verildi\u011fini savunarak, son bir y\u0131ld\u0131r belediyeye ait i\u015flemleri yapmay\u0131 reddeden bir noterlikle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya olduklar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ne s\u00fcrd\u00fc.
