Ancak baz\u0131 vatanda\u015flar\u0131n fiilen G\u00fcce\u2019de ya\u015famas\u0131na ra\u011fmen ikametlerini ba\u015fka yerlerde g\u00f6stermeleri, G\u00fcce Belediyesi\u2019nin genel b\u00fct\u00e7eden daha az pay almas\u0131na ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla sunulan hizmetlerin aksamas\u0131na neden olabiliyor. Bilindi\u011fi \u00fczere aslen G\u00fcceli olup yaz aylar\u0131n\u0131 G\u00fcce\u2019de ge\u00e7iren ancak ikametg\u00e2hlar\u0131 G\u00fcce d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda olan binlerce hem\u015ferimiz bulunmakta.
