G\u00fcce Belediyesi taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada il\u00e7emizde \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Toplu Konut \u0130daresi (TOK\u0130) taraf\u0131ndan G\u00fcce Merkez Mahallesi\u2019nde 5 bloktan olu\u015fan 3+1 ve 2+1 olmak \u00fczere toplam 132 adet konut in\u015fa edilecek. TOK\u0130 taraf\u0131ndan ihalesi yap\u0131lan 132 dairenin 9 Ocak 2020 tarihinde s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi imzalanarak 20 Ocak 2020 tarihinde ise yer teslimi yap\u0131larak in\u015faat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na ba\u015flan\u0131lacakt\u0131r. G\u00fcce il\u00e7esinde toplu konut ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n bu projenin hayata ge\u00e7irilmesinin ard\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde giderilecektir.
